Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Gazer for our Cement Grinding Aid Testing Laboratory. The role involves laboratory testing, quality evaluation of cement grinding aids and cement samples.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cement grinding aid testing and evaluation in laboratory conditions
• Conduct cement physical l tests including:
• Blaine Fineness
• Residue Analysis
• Initial & Final Setting Time
• Compressive Strength (1, 3, 7 & 28 days)
• Evaluate grinding aid dosage impact on cement quality and mill performance
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of cement lab instruments

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Cement Grinding Aid Testing
• Cement Additives & Admixtures
• Laboratory Testing & Analysis
• Blaine Apparatus, Vicat, Compression Testing Machine, Ball Mill

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in:
• Cement grinding aid testing
• Cement QC lab or cement R&D lab
• Hands-on experience with cement additives and grinding aids

Education Qualification:

• Class: 10 - Pass (Minimum)
• Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech / BE – Chemical Engineering or related discipline (Preferred)
